12-24 hour NOTICE is appreciated, I usually have my days planned out the day before, 

 last minute inquiries  leave me  unprepared and having to rearrange my day

Please do not try to negotiate, I will ignore your inquiry. 

You easily can find another provider suitable to your budget.

 I ask that you message me to CONFIRM TWICE to ensure to me you are committed.

(message the night before AND the morning of our rendez- vous)

Please arrive on time, I may have other commitments or have somewhere to be.

If you are late, that is on your time, and will  be no time compensation  given or reduction to the donation. I respect your time down the very last minute, and I expect the same in return

Last minute cancellations (or no-shows) are very frustrating.  I have likely turned away other business and/or arranged my day to accommodate  your schedule.  Please book only if you're certain to commit.

Be aware of personal hygiene. Please arrive freshly showered, and proper oral care, as it is embarrassing for me to ask you to do so.

Ensure the donation is given upon arrival (not after) . It would be inappropriate to have to remind you as I like to make our experience as real as possible, so please have it ready first thing, so please have it ready on the table BEFORE we begin our date.

I do not discriminate against age or race, but I ask you to be polite and respectful. Being rough, rude, and/or intoxicated will not be tolerated.
